Brief process: Raw material test → Cutting →Bending →Welding (longitudinal )→Dimension verify →Flange welding →Hole drilling →section assembly → surface clean→ Galvanization or powder coating ,painting →Recalibration →Packing
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
Inspection
We buy the raw material from famous mill factory here in China. We'll check the elements of the raw material like silicon, carbon, sulfur etc. in our lab test room. In this way, we can control the quality from the first beginning.
To ensure the quality, we have professional technicists to inspect the poles during the manufacturing and before delivery. We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.
Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
