The length buried underground as per customer's requirement
Galvanizing
Hot dip galvanization with thickness of 80-100µm average. Inside and outside surface anti-corrosion treatment by hot dipping acid. Zinc coating is more than 85 um thick, which is in accord with GB/T13912-92 standard.

Our factory owns advances production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
