→Raw material test (We buy the raw materials from famous mill factory here in China. We'll check the elements of the raw material like silicon, carbon, sulfur etc. in our lab test room. If they are unqualified, we'll return them. In this way, we can control the quality from the first beginning.)

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

• The price includes pole shaft, base plate, crossarm, and anchor bolt.

• Shipping seaport: Shanghai Seaport.

• Please provide drawings if you have so that we can calculate the accurate price for you.

• We also provide design according to your requests, if you don't have drawings.

2. MOQ: One 40FT Container.

3. Payment Term: Typically 30% by T/T as a deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment ways can be negotiated.

4. Delivery Time: 2 weeks per container after PO/drawing/prepayment confirmed.
