Material

Applied to the material of general-purpose steel GB/T1591-2008, Q235, Q345, Q420, Q460 used in China.

We buy the raw material from famous mill factory here in China. We'll check the elements of the raw material like silicon, carbon, sulfur etc. in our lab test room. If they are unqualified, we'll return them. In this way, we can control the quality from the first beginning.

Manufacturing Process

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shearing machine, shearing machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

Process:   Raw material test → Cutting →bending →Welding (longitudinal )→Dimension verify

                 →Flange welding →Hole drilling →sample assemble → surface clean

                 → Galvanization or powder coating ,painting →Recalibration →Packages
