BSS-202 is Chinese ink black slate roof tiles, with natural split top and bottom, chipped edges, pre-drilled holes. This material passed ASTM certificate. 

The characteristic of this material is the surface smooth, durable but fading, the color will change to grey by time, especially if sunshine is strong it will change faster.

It is not economic to do thick for this material, since it can do as thin as 3-4mm.

China slate characteristic

1. Density: 2780kg/m3

2. China slate has several different colors, black/dark grey, midnight black, ink black, grey, green, purple, rusty. Some easy to cleft, some difficult to cleft. Some the surface is a little bit rough, and you can see cleft grain on the surface, some the surface is smooth.

3. Surface finish available: natural cleft/split, brushed, honed

4. Usage: indoor and outdoor building construction and landscaping decoration

5. China slate products: floor tiles, wall tiles, paving stones, steps/stairs, window sills, roof slate, culture stone, mosaic, flagstone, irregular random stone, loose strips, tumbled stone, mushroom stone, columns, stone caps, stepping stones, plant bowl, tableware, billiard table, photo frame, tablet etc.
