What is the density of  epoxy and pu tooling board?
According to density, tooling board is generally divided into low,medium and high density tooling boards: (unit: g/cm3)
1. Low density tooling board, such as ZK150->0.15, ZK460 ->0.7, suitable for  rapid prototype,master models, foundry casting molds, fiberglass molds, sanding molds, and general inspection tools;
2. Medium density tooling board, such as ZK5100-->1.0, ZK5120->1.2, suitable for core mold, vacuum forming molds, gauges with high hardness and compressive strength requirements;
3. High density tooling board, such as ZK470 and ZK5166, have a density of 1.7 g/cm3, high hardness, strong pressure resistance, and high temperature resistance. They are used for metal forming tools,sheet metal stamping,carbon fiber mold, checking fixtures,etc.
