787/1000G2 slewing bearing belongs to single row four point slewing bearing without teeth,It consist on inner ring and outer ring and ball with seal. This kind of slewing bearings can support high dynamic loads, transmitting axial and radial forces simultaneously as well as the resulting tilting moments. It is composed of two seat rings. It has compact structure, light weight, and four-point contact between steel ball and arc raceway. It can bear axial force, radial force and overturning moment at the same time. The construction machinery of rotary conveyor, welding manipulator, small and medium-sized crane and excavator can be selected.

Materials of 787/1000G2 slewing bearing
1. Material of slewing ring: 42CrMo 50Mn is generally used for slewing ring with surface quenching treatment of the raceway. Other kinds of surface quenched steel can also be used according to customer specification and operating conditions.
2. Material of rolling element: The material of rolling elements in LYC Brand bearing is GCr15 or GCr15SiMn steel.
3. Material of cage: Various types of cage are used in slewing bearing, which can be divided into integrated cage, segmented cage, spacer and etc. 20 steel or ZL102 cast aluminum alloy is used for integrated cage and segmented cage. For spacer,the material is polyamide 1010 resin, ZL102 aluminum bronze, QA110-3-1.5 aluminum bronze or GRPA66-25 nylon.
4. Material of sealing ring: The sealing ring is made of NBR.

7.1 Rolling elements: self-machined or steel ball rollers from fixed-point manufacturers. The accuracy grade shall meet the requirements of the drawings. The rolling elements differ from each other by less than 5%. Surface magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic inspection shall be performed before bearing assembly, and an inspection report shall be issued.
7.2 Retainer: The retainer produced by the fixed-point manufacturer is adopted. The materials are in accordance with the requirements of the drawing. Strict inspection is required before the assembly and use, and a test report is issued.
7.3 Sealing ring: The sealing strip produced by the fixed-point manufacturer is used. Strict inspection is required before assembly, and an inspection record is issued. 8) Assembly
8.1 Preparation of clearance: After the grinding process, a trial assembly is required to determine the preliminary clearance. Based on the calculated data and the trial installation clearance, the final grinding process is performed to assign the final drawing to specify the clearance.
8.2 Parts inspection: After the clearance preparation is completed, the final parts inspection shall be carried out and corresponding records shall be made. 8.3 Demagnetize, clean, pack and issue a certificate of conformity.
