The manufacture process including: Lathe process, Heat treatment process, Grinding process, Assembly process and final inspect process and on on.
The package: standard export wooden case or carton boxes.
 
SKF four-row taper roller bearings BT4-8033 G/HA1 are
primarily produced with the TQO configuration in the TQON,design without spacer rings 
In the TQO configuration, there are two roller and cage assemblies arranged face-to-face. The bearings are normally supplied with pressed steel window-type cages, although the larger sizes may have pierced rollers and steel pin-type cages  
Four-row taper roller bearings are also produced with extended inner rings, which can serve as counterfaces for radial shaft seals  ). Also these bearings can be supplied without spacer rings (design TQOEN) or with spacer rings (design TQOE).
Four-row taper roller bearings that are to be mounted with a loose fit on the roll neck, are normally supplied with a helical groove in the inner ring bore and lubrication grooves in the side faces of the inner rings. The lubrication grooves enable lubricant to be supplied to the contact surfaces of the
inner rings and journal seating where there is a risk of wear occurring. Lubricant is stored and wear particles can be deposited in the helical grooves.
This reduces wear of the roll neck.
