YRT 180 swivel bearing are axial and radial combined cylindrical roller bearings,including two trust needle roller bearing and radical cylindrical roller bearing with the combination of axial and radial preload. For the convenience of transportation and fixing,Two or three symmetrical screws are fastened to the two rings in order to prevent rollers and rings generating collisions which influence bearing accuracy.

When fixing the YRT180 swivel bearing,It will noticed as following:
1.before fixed the bearing, It will need to clearing the bearing and checked wheither or not Burr phenomena and appearance.
2.Retaining screws secure the bearing components during transport.For installing the bearing easier,the screw should be loosened before fitting ,and secured again or replaced by positioning screws-after fitting.
3.Mounting forces must only be applied to the bearing ring to be fitted,never through the rolling elements.Tighten the fixing screws in crosswise using a torque wrench.
