1) SHIPPING TIME FRAMES: 2-4 weeks depends on your order quantity

3) HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Email us your concept/art/logos design in format AI or EPS or PDF or CDR.
2. We have own professional designer to do layout for your approval.
3. You approve the final jersey design
4. You give us the final order with size breakdown
5. We collect a 30% non-refundable deposit at this point
6. Productions released and are delivered to you within about 2-4 weeks depending on where the order was in the production schedule
7. We collection the remaining balance and the jerseys are shipped to you via express or plane or boat as pointed.

- What is your business style? Do you accept OEM & ODM service?
We have several ways to do business with you, you may choose how to work with us:
1. OEM: we accept all kinds of OEM products. Once you provide the design or samples, we can follow your advice.
2. ODM: we have all series of products designed all by ourselves. We can change the logos to your brand name.
- Do you have professional designer?
We have own professional design team, so we can arrange own designer to do designs for you .
- What is the difference between semi custom and full custom?
Semi custom can also be defined as ODM, which is using our current artwork designs but change to your logos. The lead time is around 3 weeks.
Full custom can be defined as OEM. We follow your designs or patterns provided by your side, and proceed the order following your advice.
- Do you have a price list?
In custom apparel, prices are determined by a number of factors. Once all of the details are confirmed, your order will be priced individually.
- What are your minimums?
We have NO order minimums. If you only need a few jerseys, it's no problem. We would be happy to work with you!
- What the payment method do you usually use?
Payment: 30% in advance, 70% balance be paid before delivery. Bank account or PayPal are all available.
- What is your turnover time?
All your inquiries will be replied within 24 hours, and you will enjoy a good after-sales service.
