Co-solvent Polyamide resin (DY-P107)

1.Appearance:

     Yellowish and transparency solid grain or powder

2.Property:

DY-P107 is a general type of polyamide resin which possesses the following properties, such as good stability, good solvent release, strong flexure resistance, strong adhesion and excellent glossiness etc.

The polyamide resin with lower molecular weight possesses water resistance, fold resistance, good chemical stability, good compatability and intermiscibility with nitro cellulose. When the resin is used with pigment additives, the final products will reveal bright color and gloss.

3.Application

This type of resin is used in the following items, such as gravure printing inks, paper inks, plastic film printing inks, overprinting varnishes etc.

Note:

The testing condition of viscosity, freezing point and color: solvent (xylene: isopropanol: absolute alcohol =4:3:3), 40% solid content, viscosity test is based on rotation method.

5.Packaging & Storage

Double packing: craft paper-plastic composite bag lined with PE film.

Net weight: 25Kgs/bag.

Storage: kept in cool, airy and dry place.
