B) Application
YMCH-L type of terpolymer resin can be applied in the coating and adhesive possessing high solid content, plastic and metal overprinting varnish, metal corrosion resistant coating, maintenance lacquer, repair lacquer, vessel and marine lacquer, rolling material coating, spray paint for plastic shell, interlamination coating, can coating, aluminium foil varnish, heat-transfer printing gum, transfer printing ink, electronic-chemical aluminum coating, PTP aluminum foil glue(VC glue), glue for covering steel sheet with film, PVC glue, shoe material glue, EVA treatment agent, UV primer etc.
For YMCH-L type of terpolymer resin, ketone and ester solvents are especially suited, such as ace-tone, MEK, nadone and isophorone, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate. But compared with ketone solvents, ester solvents have a bit lower solubility for YMCH-L resin. Chlorohydrocarbons, Nitro compound and alicyclic solvents, such as dichloroethane and diethylene oxide, also can dissolve YMCH-L terpolymer resin, but these kinds of solvent are toxic, they are only used in special situation.
YMCH-L type of terpolymer resin is miscible with other resins during the course of usage, such as other types of vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer, PVC resin, perchloro-ethylene resin, ketone resins, chloroprene rubber, NBR, polyacrylate, epoxy resin, polyester and petroleum resin etc.
D) Stability
YMCH-L resin has excellent light and heat stability, but when it is used outdoors or at higher temperature, the following stabilizers are suggested to use with it, such as organotin stabilizer without sulphur, epoxy compound stabilizers and light resistant ultraviolet stabilizer.
E)Packaging and Storage
YMCH-L resin should be stored in dry place away from sunlight, any queries on technology or quality assurance can be inquired to our company.
Should the YMCH-L resin have been kept over the shelf time, it shouldn’t mean the resin is invalid, but the user has to test the relevant properties of YMCH-L resin and its finished product before using it in bulk.
