Water transfer printing ink for ceramic, Heat seal lacquer
Ⅲ. Solubility:
DY2524 is easily soluble in many organic solvents such as ketones, esters, long-chain aliphatic alcohol, aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorhydrocarbons etc.
Ⅳ. Properties:
DY2524 copolymer is mainly made from butyl methacrylate monomers, the copolymer has higher purity, its coating film possesses good flexibility, adhesion and gloss.
Meanwhile, DY2524 has good compatibility with plasticizers. DY2524 is mainly applied in finishing coatings for water transfer printing on different surface such as ceramic, glass, metal, and also, both tearable film and untearable film are all suited. DY2524 can offer good flexibility and surface effect (eg.no bubbles, no shrinkage cavities), and it can be easily roasted at 265ºC without ashes or marks.
