General Operation For Screen Printing:

1. Create A Design That You Need.

2. Make A Film Transparency

Note: Each Color is seperated and printed with rich black ink with aqueous ink based inkjet printers.

3. Film Positive With Design Which is Pressed Next to Screen In a Vacuum And Exposed With Strong Lights.

Note: Use exposure unit to "burn the screens". Between a sheet of glass and a bright light, anywhere the light

is blocked.

4. Screen Is Washed Down After Exposured Leaving Design Area Clear of Emulsion (Burn And Wash The Screen)

Note: Keep the screens to dry in natural environment after wash out.

5. The Screens Are Carefully Aligned, To Keep Print Where They Are Supposed to.Tape The Edges And Prepare to Print.

6. Mixed the inks to get the desired colors and apply them to the prepared screens.

Note: Each Color iss own screen. Using the squeegee to press the ink onto the T-Shirt Or Other materials

A: Usually with neutral packing. One roll per box, with pallet. Also, OEM packing is available for free.

    You need just inform us your logo & packing information in details. We will do it for you.

Q: How much the freight would be?

A: It depends on your area, we used TNT/FedEx/DHL for samples, sea-shipping for bulk quantity order.

    But cost-saving and fast efficiency can be guaranteed.

A: Yes, definitely. It will be depending upon what you ordered, and how many it is ordered.

Q: What is the lead time for delivery?
