Rack is the main parts of mining equipment, after partial forging to process into tooth formation,then assemble .the whole round or other formation.Rack is mainly used for basement rotation parts of super big scale mining equipment,since lots of big scale mining equipment parts can not be accomplished by forging and casting,even if it can be forged or casted the cost is high,so adopt partial forging,process,finally to assemble to meet the working requirements.
Forging Process
Forging process flow quality control: Raw material steel ingot into warehouse(test the chemical content) → Cutting→ Heating(Furnace temperture test) → Heat treatment after forging(Furnace temperture test) Discharge the furnace(blank inspection)→ Machining→ Inspection(UT,MT,Visal diamention, hardness)→ QT→ Inspection(UT, mechanical properties, hardness, grain size)→ Finish machining→ Inspection (dimension)→ Packing and Marking(steel stamp, mark)→ Storage Shipment
