Application:

The equipment is suitable for multi-core cable, communication cable, headphone cable, flat cable, signal cable, charging cable and other wires for swing folding resistance test. The test method is: one end of the wire is short held, fixed on the rotating plate, the wire is vertically downward, the other end binds the weight, the rotating plate rotates left and right, causing repeated bending of the wire, after many tests, to evaluate whether the wire conduction is good.

Features:

    1.Using Japan Panasonic AC servo motor drive, high precision positioning is accurate, low noise, can be used for a long time. Test Angle:                 0~180⁰,Error: ± 1⁰.

    2.Special power supply rectifier circuit is used to improve the long-time use ability and anti-interference of the motor and execution components.

    3.The Korean AUTONIS high-precision photoelectric switch is used for origin induction, with high pulse frequency and durable use.

    4.Using MCGS 7 " TFT LCD touch screen controller as program input, PLC control, Chinese interface, easy to control.

5.The test conditions are set by the touch screen or LCD screen (Angle setting, speed, test times, measured times, rotation stay time, and             residence time after multiple tests).

   6.Five wires can be tested simultaneously.

   7.Each group is equipped with a signal (conduction test) test line and indicator light. Once the wire is broken (the loop signal is not formed), the        current station indicator is off and the counting is stopped.
