The IN-8100A Plug Bending Test Machine is designed for comprehensive bending endurance testing of cables connected with plugs. This industrial testing equipment features adjustable bending angles from 1° to 180° (±90°) and variable bending speeds to simulate real-world usage conditions.
This machine performs bending endurance tests by fixing the sample on the jig and applying weights to the cable. The jig swings left and right at the preset angle, continuing for the required cycles before stopping for cable inspection. When testing electrified cables, the machine automatically counts cycles and stops upon cable breakage and electrical disconnection.
