Purpose:
It is suitable for bending resistance test on headphone cable, USB cable, multicore cable conductor,flat cable and signal line,etc. The test method is as follows:Firstly, clamp one end of the wire rod and fasten it to the rotation clamp. Then have it make a horizontal rotation with hanging load to evaluate whether wire rod conduction is good after numerous test cycles.

Features:
1.There are totally 6 slots, each of which adopts Japanese Panasonic® AC servo motor drive. They are positioned with high precision, with low noise and can be used for a long time. The test angle is ±1°. Eacg station adopts Japanese SHIMPO® planetary gear for slowing down with highly precise positioning.
2.It adopts Japanese OMRON® color touch screen controller as programming inputting and Japanese MITSUBISHI® PLC as control. There are Chinese and English interface which is easy for you to operate.
3.Test conditions are all set in the touch screen.(angle set, test speed, test cycles,finished test cycles, rotation interval time and certain minutes pause after certain test cycles.)
4.It is equipped with inpedance test module and adopts color touch screen to conduct online monitoring of conduction impedance.You can set the upper limit and lower limit impedance value of each station in the touch screen. Once the conduction impedance value exceeds set value in the test, the red light in the touch screen will send alarm and current station will stop testing.
