The C5092 Multi Conductor Bending Test Machine is designed for comprehensive cable flexibility testing of multi-wire cables, communication cables, earphone cables, and similar products. This professional testing equipment evaluates cable durability through controlled bending cycles.

Testing Methodology

The cable bending test involves short-circuit connecting one end of the cable and fixing it on the rotation plate. Weights are applied to the cable while performing left and right rotation cycles. The system monitors cable conductivity after specified rotation cycles to evaluate cable quality and durability.
