Professional testing equipment designed for headset torsional rigidity and rotational life cycle evaluation.
Testing Purpose
Performs torsion life testing on headphone and earphone rotating axles. Clamps earphones on left/right fixtures with headphone band fitted on center support arm. Sets specific angle and rotation speed, with left and right earphones rotating in opposite directions. Monitors specimen status after reaching preset test cycles.
