Product Description
RS-8106C Torsion Fatigue Testing Machine
This professional testing equipment is specifically designed for evaluating the torsion life and durability of headphone rotating shafts. The machine performs comprehensive fatigue testing by simulating real-world usage conditions to assess product longevity and reliability.
Testing Methodology
One end of the headphone is securely fixed in the torsion clamp while the headband is mounted on the support frame. The system allows precise configuration of test angle and rotating speed parameters. After completing the programmed test cycles (configurable from 0-999,999), the headphone is removed for detailed inspection of rotating shaft performance and integrity.
