● With the development of coal mining technology, the requirements for safety, high yield, and high efficiency in fully mechanized mining faces are increasingly higher. The issue of tunnel end and advance support has become a focus of attention for mining operators. Simultaneously, tunnel end and advance hydraulic supports are also key equipment for achieving automated working faces. The tunnel end and advance hydraulic supports developed by our factory have realized the mechanization of tunnel end and advance support. The project "Research and Design of Tunnel End Hydraulic Support for Backfill Mining Faces" completed for Xingtai Coal Mine was awarded the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress by the China National Coal Association; the project "Research and Application of Tunnel End Hydraulic Support for Top-Coal Caving Mining Faces" completed for Dongpang Mine achieved safe and efficient mining in top-coal caving faces. This project has also passed the technical evaluation organized by the Hebei Province Achievement Transformation Center. Advance supports currently come in various forms such as two-column type and transverse type, meeting the personalized needs of users.
