1.The drilling rig is made of three parts, propelling and supporting part, power pack, control panel.
2.It is mainly be used for the exploration hole drilling , gas realease, water or coal detection. Due to the crane can be adjusted around the post, it also can be used for the bolting hole in the roof, rib and floor.
3.It is easy to be installed.
4.The drilling rig can be used in the coal mine as well as other mines for it can use alloy drilling bits as well as diamond drilling bits. At the same time, the drilling pipe can be pass through water or mud.
5.The drilling rig can also be mounted on the side of the roadheader, in this way the drilling and cutting can be made simultaneously.
6. The post can be tightly fixed in the roadway through the lifting oil cylinder of the post, and the stability of the drilling rig in the drilling process is enhanced by the bracket. and the safety performance is improved. The track of the propeller makes a structure with the post and the propeller makes a reciprocating actions along the slide rail by multi-stage cylinder. cycloid hydraulic motor under the action of the high pressure oil drives the drilling rod and drilling bit to make the drilling through the rotating device of the output shaft.
7. The double gear pump is used to control the normal operation of the components for the power pack. In order to ensure the cleanness of the oil, air filter is used for adding the hydraulic oil and the oil filter to suck out the hydraulic oil.
8. The operating panel is composed of a three valve, and the oil from the power pack is conveyed to the control valve through a rubber hose and then is distributed to the hydraulic system of the drilling rig.
The operating panel is provided with a speed regulating valve, an overflow valve, a hydraulic control one-way valve, a hydraulic lock, etc., so as to ensure the safe operation of the whole system. The drilling rig can connected with the air or water to cool the system or discharge the slag.
