Used as single or double belt oven the Thermobonding oven with its double nozzle system is still the machine of choice when it comes to thermally bond materials from airlay lines and card-crosslapping lines using almost any kind of fibers.
This thermal bond oven raw material could be all types of man-made fibers, natual fibers( wool, cotton, jute, coconut, reclaimed textile waste and shoddy, and carbon fibers.

Different thermal bonding heating oven structures for different products.
1. Single belt oven, is suitable for drying and curing wetlaids materials at high temperatures. Advantage of high speed and strong wind, for thin and light waddings.
2. Double belt oven system comprises of a modular design, adaptable to all drying and thermobonding needs. High loft or high density all possible.
3. Chemical ond oven system designed with front and back sprayer, and S shape heating make sure wind penetrate thoroughly.
