Hongyi 800kg/h New Design Non woven polyester carding machine for carpet

Introduction
The new design non woven carding machine adopts the technology of Trutzschler Nonwovens, Germany. The maximum production capacity of the machine can up to 800kg/h for first-class polyester fiber with 6D. It is used for mixing and carding the fiber into web and transfering for next procedure.

Structures:

1. Horizontal feeding lattice is PVC lattice, with pressing roller for evenly feeding.
2. Four rollers for feeding with diameter φ90mm, anti-metal protection device is used at the material input of machine, which could test the metal and has auto-stop warning.
3. There are 5 suits of working roller and stripping roller on cylinder to card fiber completely and form web evenly.
4. Edge-suction system is equipped and the dust particles will be transferred to special dust cage.
5. Walking platforms are placed on two sides of machine for maintenance. Machine Safe guard cover is transparent organic glass.
