Introduction:
The machine is used to open and card the opened fiber into fiber webs of fixed amount, which will be transferred to next working procedure.

Structure:
- Horizontal feeding lattice is PVC lattice, with pressing roller for evenly feeding.
- Four rollers for feeding with diameter φ135mm, anti-metal protection device is used at the material input of machine, which could test the metal and has auto-stop warning.
- There are 3 suits of working roller and stripping roller on breast cylinder and 5 suits of working roller and stripping roller on main cylinder, totally 8 suits of working zones to card fiber completely and form web evenly.
- Edge-suction system is equipped and the dust particles will be transferred to special dust cage.
- Walking platforms are placed on two sides of machine for maintenance. Machine Safe guard cover is transparent organic glass.
- Carding wire is high quality from GERON.
