Introduction:

It is suitable for production of common nonwovens such as needle punched nonwovens, asphalt felt substrate, geotextile, polyester felt, wool felt, etc.

Structure and features:

• Horizontal feeding lattice is PVC lattice, with pressing roller for evenly feeding.
• Four rollers for feeding with diameter φ90mm, anti-metal protection device is used at the material input of machine, which could test the metal and has auto-stop warning.
• Diameter of pre-cylinder :850mm, Diameter of main cylinder: 1230mm, Diameter of doffer: 492mm
• There are 4 sets of working roller and stripping roller on Pre-cylinder, and 5 sets of working roller and stripping roller on main-cylinder, in total 9 carding section to card fiber completely and form web evenly.
• Edge-suction system is equipped and the dust particles will be transferred to special dust cage.
• Walking platforms are placed on two sides of machine for maintenance. Machine Safe guard cover is transparent organic glass.
