Sodium sulfate,anhydrous(SSA)

Character of Na2SO4:

It is white, monoclinal crystal or powder, and its relative density is 2.68; the melting point is 884 centigrade. It dissolves in water, and watery liquor shows alkalescence. It dissolves in glycerin, but not dissolves in ethanol. When it is emerged in air, it is easy to become watery sodium sulfate, and when it heated up to 241 centigrade, it turns to be the hexagon crystal. The high purity and the thin granule are called Na2SO4.

Usage:

It serves as the filled material in composing the cleaner. In paper making industry, it serves as atmometer when it used to make sulfate paper pulp. In glasses industry, it usually replaces for pure alkali. In chemical industry, it used to make sodium sulfate, sodium silicate and other chemical raw material. In weaving industry, it used to prepare concreting of Wei Ni Lun Silk. In medicine industry, it serves as delayed evacuant. It also used in metallurgy and leather industry.

Storage and Transportation:

It should be stored in shady, ventilated, dry depot. In summer and high temperature, it is easy to melt and become nubbly object, when transported, it must prevent from wet and rainy. It should be paid more attention to the sharp object in order to avoid puncturing. It must not be packed with food, coal and concrete to avoid being polluted.

The packing and stores use the inside lining polyethylene plastic bag, and weave outside, each bag of net weight is 50kg
