Quality Control of Nylon dty yarn &Our Solutions

1)Color shading
Rerun's solution: We will make both lap dip in A.B.C color for customer selection and then accorindly dye baby cone for trial use in customer's factory; if trial use good, we will go on mass production; if not we will make new lap dip.
2) Color shading in one lot
Derun's solution: We ask both dyeing factory and our workers to pay much attention in process of dyeing; they will pick out yarn in color shading and throw away.
3) Yarn pilling&nep
Derun's solution: We make sure of POY quality and texturize non-broken POY to avoid this problem from origin. If yarn pilling&nep still happens after dyeing, we ask workers to strip off them to keep yarn cone in good condition.
4)Oil and dirty
Our solution: We clean twist machine and winding machine every day to keep raw white hank yarn clean before dyeing; after yarn dyeing, we will take thorough checking and pick off dirty cone.

Q1: What is your terms of payment?
A:Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight.For regular orders, we prefer 30% deposit before producing and the balance paid before/against delivery.(we accept third party inspection before delivery)
Q2:What is your delivery time?
A:The time of delivery is 7-15 days after order and deposit confirmed.
Q3: How to get a sample?
A: For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only need to pay express freight. For new customers.
