- Ensure the cutting machine is in good condition and free of vibrations
- Use flanges of identical diameter, at least 1/3 of the blade's diameter
- Maintain parallel flanges and check tolerances using precision gauges
- Ensure spacers are perfectly parallel and spindle is straight with H7 tolerance
- Clean the saw blade regularly to remove resin and sawdust buildup
- Store blades in their original packaging when not in use
