How Vacuum Cooling Works
After harvesting and packaging, products are loaded on pallets into a vacuum-tight chamber. The system removes air through vacuum pumps, lowering pressure until moisture and heat are extracted as water vapor. Refrigeration coils condense the vapor back into water, enabling rapid temperature reduction unmatched by other post-harvest cooling methods.
