Vacuum Cooling Technology Overview
Our vacuum cooling technology utilizes the principle that water boils at lower temperatures under reduced pressure. At 2°C, the boiling process efficiently removes heat from products, achieving core cooling to 1-2°C within just 20-30 minutes. This method effectively cools even micro-perforated packaged products, making it ideal for mushroom preservation and agricultural product transportation and storage.
Key System Components
Chamber dimensions are customized based on your pallet quantity and size requirements, which determines the number of vacuum pumps needed. We utilize premium Elmo Rietschle vacuum pumps known for minimal maintenance, reliability, and quiet operation.
The internal evaporator (water catcher) condenses water vapor, ensuring only dry air reaches the vacuum pumps. External refrigeration systems using R404a refrigerant are cooled by high-performance compressors from Germany or Hanbell (Taiwan).
