Our vacuum cooling system rapidly reduces product temperature after harvest and packaging. Pallets are loaded into a vacuum-tight chamber where pressure is systematically reduced using vacuum pumps. When vacuum levels reach the flash point, moisture and heat are efficiently removed as water vapor. The process leverages the principle that lower chamber pressure reduces water's boiling point, enabling rapid temperature reduction to desired levels.
The system efficiently removes water vapor by drawing it past refrigeration coils that condense vapor back into water. This dual-system approach achieves faster cooling than any other post-harvest cooling technique available.
