How Vacuum Cooling Works
Products are loaded into a vacuum-tight chamber where pressure is reduced using vacuum pumps. When vacuum reaches the flash point, moisture and heat are removed as water vapor. The vapor passes through refrigeration coils, condensing back into water while rapidly cooling the product.
