ZRPY-1000 High-temperature horizontal dilatometer (thermal expansion coefficient tester)

This instrument is used to measure the expansion and contraction properties of metal materials, ceramics, glass, glazes, refractories and other non-metallic materials in the process of heating and baking at high temperature. Double ejector rods are used for testing. Two samples can be tested at the same time.

Instrument reference standards: GB/T3810.8-2016 Determination of Linear Thermal Expansion of Ceramic Tiles, GB/T16920-2015 Determination of Average Linear Thermal Expansion Coefficient of Glass, GB/T3074.4-2016 Determination of Thermal Expansion Coefficient of Graphite Electrode, GB/T 7320-2018 Test Method for Thermal Expansion of Refractory Products.

It can be equipped with atmosphere protection or vacuum pumping according to the user's requirements (optional device, the cost will be calculated separately).

Main technical parameters:

1. Maximum furnace temperature: 1000 ℃, 1400 ℃, 1600 ℃, 1700 ℃ and other specifications are optional.

2. The heating speed is adjustable from 0-20 ℃/min, the temperature is controlled by microcomputer program, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃;

3. Measuring deformation range: ± 1.5mm.

4. The sensitivity of displacement sensor is 0.1um, and the measuring range is automatically corrected;

5. The computer automatically calculates expansion coefficient, volume expansion and linear expansion.

6. Automatically record, store and print data, and print temperature expansion coefficient curve.

The temperature spacing is freely set, and the minimum spacing is 1 ℃.

7. The compensation coefficient is automatically calculated and automatically compensated, or manually corrected.

8. Sample size: Ф (5～10) × 50mm,(5～10) × (5～10) × 50mm, square or round samples are acceptable;

9. Linear bearing transmission is adopted to realize the transmission of expansion value without friction, with excellent transmission accuracy and repeatability.

11. ZRPY intelligent dilatometer is connected with computer to automatically control temperature, record, store, print data and print temperature expansion coefficient curve. All test operations are completed by computer interface, which is easy to learn and provide a full set of software.
