Automatic Rock Drillability Tester instrument for lab use

According to the industry standard (SY/T5462-2000), it is a test system for fully automatic drilling of formation rock samples using micro-drills. The pressure on bit of the system is provided by servo air pressure control, through the control of servo air pressure, so as to obtain stable and high pressure on bit.
The high-precision variable speed is realized by the computer-controlled servo motor, and then the high-precision depth displacement sensor is used to test the time corresponding to the real-time drilling depth. During the test, the relevant parameters are recorded, and the recorded relevant parameters are processed after the test. , giving the drillability grade value, drillability category and drillability grade of the experimental rock.
