RoHS &WEEE regulations issued by EU were executed formally in 2006 and 2005. WEEE requires manufactures to process the waste electric appliance and electronics entered into EU market,and also stick Recycling symbol on them after launching the market. So the product design should be useful for resolving and recycling of scrap electronic equipment, also the design should not obstruct the recycling. But EU think just recycling is not enough for hazardous substance, then add RoHs regulation, which claims that the electric appliance and electronics launched in EU market should not contain 6 kinds hazardous substance like Pd,Hg and Cd, also has specific rule for the maximum concentrate value of each substance.
