GNF-1 HPHT sticking tester for Drilling fluid testing
Application:
HPHT sticking tester GNF-1 is a imitative and multi-functional experiment analysis equipment which is mainly used to monitor coefficient of friction resistance between drilling tool in deep well and side well drilling fluid to deal with drilling fluid, improve lubricating property, prevent pipe sticking and provide correct and reliable data for a safe drilling. It can measure filter loss and filter cake’s sticking property in normal temperature and middle pressure ( 0.7MPa) and in normal temperature and high pressure (3.5MPa). At the same time it can measure drilling fluid sample’s filter loss and filter cake in high temperature (~170℃)and high pressure (3.5MPa) which can conform to API specification.
