D001 Geosynthetics Thickness Tester
This instrument is used to test the thickness of geotextile, composite geotextile and related products under specified pressure. Comply with the current national standards for the transportation industry, water conservancy and hydropower industry.
The thickness of geotextile refers to the distance between the front and back of the geotextile under specified pressure.

1. Conventional thickness: the thickness of the sample measured under a 2kPa press block.
2. Compact area: 25cm2.
3. Test force: three commonly used pressure levels: 5N (2kPa), 50N (20kPa), 500N (200kPa), with an accuracy of 0.1kPa.
4. The servo cylinder is used for constant pressure 0~0.5MPa±1kPa, and the constant load can be set
5. Pressure sensor: 0~0.5MPa±0.1kPa.
6. Displacement sensor: the thickness of the collected sample varies from 0 to 12.7mm±0.01mm

On the basis of the TXT model, the automatic collection function is added: the test data is fed back to the computer through the data collection box and sensor; the upper computer software collects display, record, time, and deformation in real time, saving labor and improving efficiency.
