8040 Desktop High temperature high pressure HPHT cement Consistometer ( API Specification )
HPHT Consistometer is designed to measure cement thickening time according to API Specification 10. it is necessary to measure cement slurry thickening time for preparing 1st or 2nd well cementing. As for relative technical requirements and operating procedures, you can refer to RP-10B in API Specification10. HPHT Consistometer has wide pressure and temperature range.
The instrument has compact structure and small volume which can be put on the working table of common labs. The autoclave body is made of high-strength alloy materials and its main control and executive unit are made of exported components( Germany, Japan and USA and so on).
It can finish most of API required HPHT experiments. It operates easy and all control valve and switch are all on front panel, so you can read out temperature and consistency easy on it. Pressure shows on pressure gauge.Temperature controller controls rise speed of cement slurry automatically. When temperature reaches what you need, it can keep constant temperature.Pressure relief valve and Air-Driven Hydraulic Pump can control pressure. Temperature and consistency valve can be drew by system pen recorder.
Temperature controller on instrument panel can display real temperature in the autoclave.
You can choose 5270 PC data collector and control system to put testing structure into PC and collect, save and copy experiment data. Consistency of cement slurry is got by standard spring ‘s force. When slurry cup rotates at required rotary speed, blade under cement slurry applies to standard spring connected to blade. instrument will cut off heater automatically, power off drive motor, open cooling water automatically and terminate the time. instrument sounds the alarm to tell operators that experiment is over.
