The manufactory locates in the south of China, Shenzhen, where you could easily have a factory visiting and have comprehensive understanding of the machine.

3. How will you handle the after service issue?

Since there are the software and hardware about the machine.

Once there is anything problem regarding to the machine, there will be appointed engineer for every client.

When it comes to the specific problems, he will have the remote control and online face-face checking procedure to adjust the software problems, which could be resolved by remote control.

Meanwhile, by the remote checking, he will also know the problem about the hardware, once confirmed the problem, you could send the hardware accessories back to us; we will fix or send a new one for you.

The warranty is one year, within 1 year, there will not be any problems, after one year, we will do the action as said above.
