Overview

This instrument is suitable for the vacuum saturation method to saturate geotechnical, rock and other material samples. It has the advantages of time-saving, labor-saving, short saturation time and high saturation (the saturation of the vacuum saturation method can reach about 97%). Its structure is reasonable and easy to use. Two saturation tanks work at the same time, which can saturate multiple samples at a time. GBR 50266-1999 "Engineering Rock Mass Test Method Standard".

In this test, the free water absorption method is used to determine the saturated water absorption rate, and the vacuum pumping method is used to determine the saturated water absorption rate.

This test is suitable for rocks that do not disintegrate, dissolve, or shrink when exposed to water.

This test is based on T0205-2005 rock water absorption test

5. The sample is saturated: when the rock is saturated, the pumping time shall not be less than 4H, until the pumping no longer generates bubbles; after the vacuum, due to the effect of the atmosphere, the vacuum cover is slightly concave, which is a normal phenomenon.

6. Single barrel is suitable for large specimens (optional): saturated barrel stainless steel material
