Product Description
This SATA 15Pin to 4Pin connector harness is designed to convert a standard SATA power output into a compact 4Pin interface for PCB-mounted terminals, fan controllers, LED boards and other electronic modules. Three insulated wires carry stable power or low-current signal lines from the SATA power rail, using tinned copper conductors to ensure reliable electrical transmission and reduced voltage drop.
The SATA side mates directly with a PSU or backplane SATA power socket, while the 4Pin female side fits common 2.54 mm pitch headers on controller boards or small devices. The compact design helps keep the inside of the chassis clean and organized, making it suitable for desktop systems, server equipment and embedded devices that need an easy way to tap into existing SATA power lines. OEM / ODM customization is available for pin assignment, cable length, wire gauge, and housing style to match different PCB layouts or automotive and industrial requirements.

Precautions
Confirm the required voltage and pin-out on both SATA and 4Pin headers before use; incorrect mapping of pins may damage the PCB or powered device.
This harness is intended for low-to-medium current loads; do not exceed the rated current per wire and per terminal.
Avoid sharp bends near the connectors and protect the cable from abrasion or clamping against metal edges.
Keep the assembly away from hot components and moving parts such as fans to maintain insulation performance.
Custom multi-branch harnesses, mixed signal / power versions and different connector pitches can be produced for batch orders and project-specific designs.
