Product Description
This power cable assembly combines two insulated banana plug terminals with a robust DC power connector to provide a safe and reliable interface between test instruments and DC equipment. The stranded tinned copper wire ensures efficient electrical transmission with minimal power loss, while the flexible white jacket allows easy routing inside cabinets, racks and charging stations. An integrated ferrite core helps reduce electromagnetic interference on power and signal circuits, improving stability in sensitive electronic and PCB-based systems.
The harness can be fully customized to match different connector series, pin layouts and current ratings. Options include alternative terminal types, wire gauges, jacket materials and printed identification, making it suitable for OEM battery chargers, automotive electronics and industrial power supplies that require tailored wiring solutions.

Precautions
Verify voltage, current and polarity before connecting to prevent damage to equipment.
Ensure banana plug terminals and DC connector are fully inserted and locked to avoid overheating or arcing.
Do not exceed the specified current rating; choose a larger wire gauge for higher power applications.
Avoid sharp bends, abrasion and contact with hot surfaces; secure the cable with clips or cable ties where necessary.
Disconnect the power source before plugging or unplugging the connector during maintenance or reconfiguration.
