Product Description
This SATA female wire-solder connector is designed for reliable signal and power transmission in compact electronic assemblies. The 7-pin layout with 1.27 mm pitch supports standard SATA interfaces, providing stable high-speed data links between drives and host boards.
Contacts are made from copper alloy with nickel under-plating and selective gold on the mating area, ensuring low contact resistance and long-term corrosion resistance. Tin-plated solder tails make cable assembly easier and help maintain strong solder joints. The high-temperature, flame-retardant housing withstands reflow heat and harsh operating environments while maintaining mechanical strength.
With flexible wire solder terminations, this connector is ideal for custom wiring harnesses, allowing manufacturers to choose cable length, wire gauge and pin assignments to match their own PCB layouts and system requirements.
