Product Description
This SATA PCB connector uses a compact 13-pin layout with a fine 1.27 mm pitch, designed for reliable high-speed data and power transmission on electronic boards. The copper-alloy terminals with gold-plated contact area provide low contact resistance and stable signal integrity during repeated mating. A high-temperature, flame-retardant housing ensures mechanical strength and soldering reliability for reflow processes.
It is suitable for OEM/ODM customization, including special pin lengths, different plating thicknesses, and tailored packaging to match your PCB layout, storage modules, or embedded boards.

Precautions
Verify PCB footprint, pitch and pin count before production to ensure full compatibility with your SATA layout.
Follow recommended SMT reflow profiles and avoid overheating to protect the thermoplastic housing and plating.
Keep contacts free from dust, flux residue and mechanical damage to maintain low contact resistance and stable high-speed signal transmission.
When used for power lines, ensure current and temperature rise remain within the rated limits of the connector and PCB traces.
