Product Description
This SATA 7-pin right-angle PCB connector is designed for high-reliability power and signal transmission between the motherboard and storage devices. The 1.27 mm pitch contact layout conforms to standard SATA interfaces, while the gold-plated copper-alloy terminals provide stable low-resistance contact and long-term corrosion resistance. The high-temperature LCP housing (UL94 V-0) supports automated soldering and operation in demanding environments.
The connector is optimized for differential high-speed SATA data lines and low-voltage power rails, delivering consistent impedance and controlled contact geometry for up to 6 Gb/s applications. Mechanical features such as the right-angle body and robust solder tails help ensure secure retention on the PCB and stable mating with the matching receptacle.

Precautions
Follow recommended PCB footprint and hole tolerances to ensure proper coplanarity and solder joint reliability.
Do not exceed rated current or operating temperature; apply appropriate derating in high-density layouts.
Avoid excessive side-loading or twisting force on the mated connector and cable to prevent contact deformation.
Keep terminals clean and free of flux residue or contamination to maintain low contact resistance and high-speed signal integrity.
For reflow or wave-solder processes, use profiles compatible with the high-temperature LCP housing and tin-plated tails; allow adequate cooling before mating.
