Product Description
This board-mount SATA power and signal connector combines a 7-pin high-speed signal terminal block with a 15-pin power terminal block to support standard SATA storage interfaces. The right-angle, through-hole design provides strong mechanical retention on the PCB, making it suitable for vibration-prone industrial and server systems.
Gold-plated contacts ensure low contact resistance and stable electrical transmission, while the high-temperature, flame-retardant housing maintains dimensional stability during soldering. Polarized keying prevents mismating and protects both the connector and the mated device.
This series can be customized for different board heights, tail lengths, plating thickness, and special requirements, providing flexible customization for data-center servers, DVRs, embedded controllers, and other electronic equipment.

Precautions
Ensure the PCB footprint matches the recommended hole pattern and pitch to avoid stress on terminals during soldering.
Do not exceed rated current or voltage on signal or power pins to maintain long-term reliability.
Avoid excessive insertion / extraction angle; mate and unmate the plug in a straight line to protect the terminals.
Keep flux and cleaning solvents away from the contact area; contamination can reduce signal transmission quality.
Store connectors in a dry, dust-free environment and reflow / solder within the recommended time after unpacking to prevent oxidation of contacts.
