Product Description
This SATA 15-pin wire-to-board power connector is designed for reliable power delivery from cable assemblies to HDD/SSD and embedded storage boards. The right-angle PCB tails and compact housing save board space while ensuring stable mechanical retention on the PCB.
Gold-plated contact surfaces provide low contact resistance and long-term corrosion resistance, while tin-plated solder legs ensure secure solder joints during reflow or wave soldering. The high-temperature, flame-retardant housing supports automated assembly and meets industrial and IT equipment requirements.

Precautions
Match the connector with SATA-standard mating plugs and follow recommended PCB land patterns from the product drawing.
Do not exceed rated current and voltage; derate appropriately in high-temperature or high-density layouts.
Ensure correct keying and orientation during assembly to avoid reverse insertion and damage to storage devices.
Use compatible wire gauges and proper crimp/solder processes for the cable side to maintain contact reliability.
Store and assemble the connectors in clean, dry conditions to prevent contamination of gold-plated contacts.
