This SATA 22-pin connector is designed for compact PCB applications where reliable high-speed signal and low-voltage power transmission are critical. The 1.27 mm pitch right-angle receptacle mates with standard SATA drive or board connectors, offering a stable interface for data storage and embedded systems.
Gold-plated contacts over nickel ensure low contact resistance and long-term corrosion resistance, while tin-plated solder tails provide robust solderability during reflow. The high-temperature, UL94V-0 housing maintains dimensional stability through multiple thermal cycles and supports automated SMT assembly.
Custom configurations are available, including modified pin counts, different plating thicknesses, special keying, and pre-assembled wire harnesses to match your PCB layout and system requirements.
